Participation Rules
Categories
Contemporary & Streetwear | Ethnic & Cultural Heritage | Sustainable & Experimental
1. You can submit in one, two or all three categories.
2. For each category, submit Minimum 2 or Maximum 3 original designs.
3. If you submit in multiple categories → Prepare a separate PDF/PPTX file for each category.
4. Each design must include Multiple Images (Front view, Back view, Side views, Details or Variations)
5. You can submit your designs as –
Hand-drawn Sketches (Scanned/Photographed)
Digital Illustrations (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.)
Photos of Finished Garments (If Already Produced)
6. File Naming Format Must Be Followed → Category_YourName_DesignName
Example: Contemporary & Streetwear_AyeshaKhan_UrbanVibe
Example: Ethnic & Traditional Fusion_SalmanKhan_RetroFuse
Submission Requirements
Each Category Submission File (One PDF Per Category) must include –
- Minimum 2 or Maximum 3 Original Designs
2–3 Designs (Sketches, Digital Illustrations or Finished Garment Photos) - Concept / Design Philosophy
A short write-up (max 300 words) explaining your design philosophy, inspiration, theme and idea
for the selected category. - Moodboard / Themeboard
A Visual collage for each category submission that captures the overall theme, mood and inspiration of your collection. Make sure it reflects your color palettes, fabrics, textures and design direction. - Fabric/ Material Plan / Tech Pack (Optional)
A simple list or picture of fabrics/swatches you plan to use.

Rules & Regulations
- Do not include your name, logo, signature or watermark inside the submitted design files.
- All submissions will be judged anonymously to ensure fairness.
- Use of copied, plagiarized or AI-generated designs without originality will result in immediate disqualification.
- All files must follow the file naming format provided in the guidelines.
- Selected designers must produce their chosen outfits for the runway showcase.
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
