Submission Guidelines
1. Number of submissions:
Each participant may submit up to 3 entries per category.
- Submit high-quality photographs/videos of each craft piece.
- Multiple angles (front, side, close-up) are recommended to capture details.
- Files must be submitted in JPG/PNG/PDF formats.
4. File Naming Format: Craft_CategoryNo_YourName_TitleOfWork
Example: Craft_01_AyeshaKhan_HandloomStory
Example: Craft_02_SalmanShahriar_UpcycledFuture
Deadline for Submissions: September 30, 2025
Rules & Regulations
- All submissions must be original, handcrafted works by the participant.
- No machine-produced or mass-produced items will be accepted.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Participants are responsible for safe transport and setup of their crafts if selected.
- Selected works must be present on the event day for exhibition.
- Zenraa reserves the right to reject entries that do not meet originality, quality, or thematic guidelines.
- If the craftworks get selected, the registration fee will be ৳1020 BDT per participant.
- Payment details & instructions will be provided upon registration.
- Submission will only be considered valid after payment confirmation.
- Submitted photographs and crafts may be used for Zenraa promotional purposes (with due credit).
Judges’ decisions regarding selection and awards will be final and binding.
